SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.  Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls.  The SAIL program was designed with these principles in mind.  Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down.  This 60-90 minutes class meets twice a week

Join us after school for a chance to read to a loving therapy dog! Our sweet furry friends like nothing more than to listen to children read books. Check in anytime between 3:30 - 4:15 pm for an opportunity to read or just pet your furry friend. The Children Reading to Dogs event runs from 3:30 - 4:30 pm every Wednesday.  

What time is it? Slime time!! We will be making a fun Halloween themed slime that will get you ready for the holiday. It's going to be spook- tastic!

Practice makes perfect in sports, and the same is true in school. Join us on Wednesdays to practice reading with a volunteer or get help with your homework.

Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks.
